Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, hired Andy Rainwater as a Senior Project Manager.
Rainwater serves clients in southern Illinois where he specializes in water, wastewater, water resources and transportation projects. He supports the Champaign market by overseeing projects like roadway improvements, sanitary sewer lift station and force main, industrial process improvements and construction administration.
As the firm continues a controlled growth plan, hiring Rainwater was strategic to build a client base in southern Illinois, western Kentucky and southeastern Missouri. Another focus for Rainwater is developing business in the Marion area, which promotes the firm's organic growth strategy.
"We're thrilled to have Andy at Fehr Graham," said Matthew Johnson, Water/Wastewater and Structural Engineer and one of the firm's owners. "We created his role to support our team while the firm continues to grow. He plays a key role in establishing our brand in southern Illinois and western Kentucky."
Rainwater earned his master's degree in Business Administration from McKendree University in Lebanon and his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He and his wife, Brooke, live in Marion with their two sons.
