Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced the promotion of Doug Fabian, ASP, to Senior Project EHS Scientist.
Fabian, who joined Fehr Graham in 2018, creates effective training programs and curriculums that adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements while managing other programs and initiatives. He also works with clients on root cause analysis and regular site auditing. Fabian manages health, safety and environmental compliance for multiple clients and helps them implement safety programs. He also develops and organizes information for safety compliance, conducts safety training and audits, and supervises operations to ensure comprehensive health and safety requirements are met.
Fabian received his bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Fabian is certified as an Associate Safety Professional (ASP), OSHA for General Industries, American Heart Association CPR/First Aid Instructor and Mine and Safety Health Administration Competent Person. He is an ASP on the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is a member of the Wisconsin Lakeshore Safety Council, American Society of Safety Professionals and the Federation of Environmental Technologists.
