Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced the promotion of Elisabeth Rutter to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Scientist.
Rutter designs and organizes information for environmental programs, conducts environmental trainings, audits industrial hygiene sampling, and completes regulatory compliance reports and workplace safety audits. She also develops Spill Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and site-specific Health and Safety Plans for facilities nationwide. Rutter also conducts training in SPCC, SWPPP, Resource Conservation Recovery Act hazardous waste and Department of Transportation.
She has experience in regulatory compliance reporting, which includes Annual Emissions, Annual Hazardous and Nonhazardous Waste, Annual Tier II and Form R, Toxic Substances Control Act, National Pollutant and Discharge Elimination Systems Permitting and stormwater systems solutions.
Rutter, who joined Fehr Graham in 2017, earned a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from Carthage College in 2017. She is certified in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response and is a member of the Federation of Environmental Technologists.
