Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, bolstered its downtown footprint by expanding its office at Prairie Street Brewhouse.
The expansion, which was completed in January, included renovating more than 3,000 square feet of space adjacent to the firm’s office. With the addition, Fehr Graham’s office in Rockford is about 11,400 square feet. Fehr Graham Board Chairman Mick Gronewold said the investment was driven by necessity and reflects the firm’s growth.
“Our expansion marks a milestone moment in the growth of Fehr Graham,” Gronewold said. “Rockford and its surrounding communities are bringing innovative projects to the region, and we’re excited to grow together.”
The firm’s ongoing commitment to the revitalization and economic development of downtown Rockford led the decision to expand its office on the east banks of the Rock River. The engineering and environmental firm has been in Rockford since 1993. It moved to the Brewhouse, a former brownfield site, in 2013.
