Millennium Fountain in Rockford, Illinois, is now officially open to the public. Fehr Graham helped transform the fountain from a decorative feature into a safe activity hub. The fountain is near the east bank of the Rock River near Water Street and is set to become a favorite community hotspot. Fehr Graham completed design engineering, survey and landscape architecture work, and helped with funding support and construction management.
