Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is proud to announce the addition of Seth Gronewold as an owner.
Gronewold works in the firm's Rockford, Illinois, office and manages several municipal and private projects. He has taken the reins on large street reconstruction and water supply and treatment projects that improve the quality of life for those who live, work and play in the Rock River Valley.
"Seth has shown great leadership skills both personally and professionally since he started at Fehr Graham," said Mick Gronewold, Board Chairman and one of the firm's owners. "Seth is a great listener, which makes him great with our clients. He hears their unique needs and takes great pride in working with the team here to help meet those needs and exceed expectations."
Gronewold, who joined Fehr Graham in 2016, was promoted to Project Engineer after earning his Professional Engineer license in 2019. The following year, he was promoted to Project Manager.
Gronewold is a National Bridge Inspection Standards Program Manager and is a member of the Illinois Section of the American Water Works Association. He often represents Fehr Graham at career fairs to encourage budding engineers and speaks to local civic groups on the importance of local infrastructure. He recently helped the Village of Forreston secure a Safe Routes to Schools grant to improve routes to and from school for students and families. Gronewold graduated from Forreston High School.
Gronewold earned his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University in 2015. He lives in Rockford.
