Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced that Project Administrator Tina Dettman is now a Certified Executive Assistant.
Dettman achieved this certification through the Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant (ACEA), an executive-led training program designed to enhance the role of executive assistants. The ACEA course propels senior and aspiring executive assistants beyond their comfort zones, cultivating partnerships with executives. The course combines an understanding of businesses and organizations along with practical skills. ACEA is certified and approved by the International Association of Administrative Professionals and is accredited by the Institute of Administrative Management.
Dettman, who is based in the firm's Rockford, Illinois, office, was promoted to Project Administrator in July 2023. She plays a pivotal role in maintaining the firm's high standards. Her responsibilities include creating presentations, generating reports, handling government forms and contracts, and compiling data. Dettman directly supports Mick Gronewold, Fehr Graham Principal and Chief Executive Officer.
Dettman has more than 15 years of administrative experience, 11 of which have been in civil engineering. She joined Fehr Graham in 2019. This certification exemplifies Fehr Graham's commitment to fostering professional growth and advancement opportunities.
