Fehr Graham announces scholarship, marks 50 years in business

Today on its 50th anniversary in business, Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announces a scholarship program to help students pursuing post-secondary degrees in STEM-related fields. Firm leaders shared the scholarship news with employees at a 50th anniversary event in Freeport, the City where Fehr Graham started on Sept. 15, 1973.

Since its inception in Freeport, Fehr Graham has demonstrated a dedication to excellence, establishing itself as a trusted partner to its clients on a range of engineering and environmental solutions. Over the past five decades, the company has evolved, grown and adapted to meet the ever-changing needs of clients and communities. The company's mission to improve the quality of life where its clients live and work is one of the reasons for starting a scholarship program.

The Fehr Graham Scholarship, valued at $2,500 and renewable for up to three years, will go to five high school seniors who are pursuing two- and four-year degrees in engineering and environmental fields. In addition to announcing its scholarship program today, Fehr Graham staff from all 12 of its offices gathered in Freeport to celebrate the firm's anniversary. Freeport Mayor Jodi Miller declared Sept. 15 as Fehr Graham Day in the City.
