Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Billy Zuba as Vice President of Business Operations. Zuba will spearhead the firm's strategic initiatives, help support operational performance and drive collaboration with Fehr Graham's partner firms within the Trilon Group.
Zuba brings experience in strategy creation and execution, operational improvement and cross-functional team management. His career includes roles in original equipment manufacturer sales, strategy and business development at Parker Hannifin, where he focused on driving revenue. He also led the program management function at Fast Radius, a digital manufacturing and supply chain company.

Zuba has excelled in consulting with middle-market private equity clients and their portfolio companies on initiatives like operational due diligence, acquisition sourcing, and integration and program management office support. Many of his clients were from the architecture, engineering and construction industry.

Zuba's passion for leadership combines empathetic management with data-driven decision-making. His expertise in integrating industry knowledge, operational insights and strategic planning positions him to enhance team performance for the firm's sustainable growth.
A Rockford native, Zuba holds a bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA with concentrations in Strategy and Management Science from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He continues to mentor former colleagues and students through alumni programs at both institutions. Zuba lives in Rockford with his wife, Katie, and their child.
