In 2000, only 271 people lived in the Village of Pingree Grove, Illinois. By 2018, the community about 48 miles northwest of Chicago had grown to 8,976 residents. Cambridge Lakes, a large residential development, helped to spur the growth. Now, on average, contractors are building 400 homes a year. In 2018, the Village Board hired Fehr Graham to serve as the municipal engineer.

Our team got to work right away, working with the Village to review facility plans for the water and wastewater treatment plants, complete private development plan reviews and construction observation, maintain and repair roads, update infrastructure maps and inspect bridges. We coordinated with Village officials to help Pingree Grove become current with their annual reporting with the Illinois Department of Transportation. Annual reporting hadn't been completed since 2013.

Fehr Graham continues to work with the Village to keep processes updated and ensure work is completed to standards.
