Chris DeSilva promoted to Chief Operating Officer

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announces the promotion of Chris DeSilva, PE, ENV-SP, to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

DeSilva's technical expertise in civil engineering and passion for developing people and processes led to his promotion from Branch Manager of the firm's Aurora, Illinois, office.

As COO, DeSilva will guide branch operations across Fehr Graham's 13 offices, ensuring teams have the necessary resources and support. He will also work closely with clients and firm leaders to drive operational improvements that align with the company's long-term growth strategy.

DeSilva joined Fehr Graham in 2019 and holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the Water Environment Federation and the Illinois Water Environment Association. DeSilva lives in Elburn with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three daughters.
