Ebony Coleman earns Talent Acquisition Specialist certification

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced that Talent Acquisition Coordinator Ebony Coleman is now a certified Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Coleman earned the certification through the Academy to Innovate Human Resources (AIHR), which offers specialized classes and training programs for Human Resources professionals. Earning this certification shows Coleman's commitment to her role as the firm's primary hiring agent.

Coleman, who joined the firm in 2021, plays a pivotal role in managing recruitment for Fehr Graham's 12 locations. She identifies potential hires and interviews and evaluates candidates to fill positions. She also plays a role in our employer brand development efforts, ensuring that Fehr Graham continues to attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Coleman, who is part of Fehr Graham's administrative team, earned her associate degree in Business Administration from Rasmussen College.
