Fehr Graham hires Jenn Zillmer, CSP, as an Environmental Health and Safety Project Manager

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is proud to announce the hiring of Jenn Zillmer, CSP, as an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Project Manager.

Zillmer has experience delivering effective safety solutions, fostering a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and enhancing EHS sustainability practices. In her new role, she leads EHS projects related to hazard and risk assessment processes, hazardous materials control and regulatory compliance. She is instrumental in developing and implementing safety strategies aligned with Fehr Graham's commitment to environmental stewardship and community safety, collaborating closely with management to evaluate and refine internal processes so they become industry-leading standards. She also works with clients to assess their safety programs and provide necessary updates.

Zillmer holds a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety – Fire Science and a master's degree in Occupational Health – Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Nonprofit Management from Lakeland University. She is pursuing a Juris Doctorate from Purdue Global Law School. Her educational achievements are complemented by Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and OSHA-30 HR certifications, reflecting her commitment to excellence in workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Fehr Graham, Zillmer served as a Senior Generation Safety Specialist at a local utility where she developed and implemented comprehensive safety training programs across multiple facilities. Her efforts significantly reduced workplace injuries and enhanced safety compliance, earning her recognition as Safety Professional of the Year by UPS and multiple Safety Leader Awards from the local Chamber of Commerce.
