Fehr Graham hires Ray Newcomer as a Project Administrator

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is proud to announce the hiring of Ray Newcomer as a Project Administrator.

Newcomer, who works for the firm's Freeport office, leads project proposals and agreements, organizes and reviews bidding documents, finalizes contract documents and evaluates specifications. He maintains the firm's high standards while assisting with reports, completing contracts and compiling data. He brings professional experience in financial analysis and evaluating and mitigating risk.

Newcomer earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Western Illinois University.
