Melissa Kupczyk promoted to Project Manager

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is proud to announce the promotion of Melissa Kupczyk to Project Manager.

Kupczyk creates project scopes, budgets and timelines while managing work and maintaining client communication. She oversees fieldwork and conducts site assessments and investigations as needed. By focusing on team growth and development, she ensures junior staff have the tools and guidance to build careers at Fehr Graham. In her new role, she continues these responsibilities while seeking opportunities to expand the firm's presence in the environmental services industry.

Kupczyk, who joined Fehr Graham in 2024, holds a bachelor's degree in Geology and Environmental Studies from Northern Illinois University. She is a member of the Association of Subcontractors and Affiliates Chicago chapter and a graduate of the Emerging Leaders Program.
