Community Savings builds bank in Manchester

 We are helping Community Savings Bank with its new Manchester, Iowa, building. The building is going up across the street from the historic Delaware County Courthouse and designed by Bruggeman Associates to complement the look of its new neighbor. The foundation is poured, walls are up, storm sewer installed and the curb and gutter are in. Fehr Graham is providing construction staking and observation to make sure the site is built as planned. It won't be long (summer 2019) until the citizens of Manchester and the surrounding areas can use the bank's services. Watch the footage below to get a glimpse of the work being done on this project.
